Your investor story, honestly assessed.
Most listed companies have a credibility gap between how management sees the business and how the market reads it. The Investor Readiness Audit finds it, before your next capital raise, roadshow, or announcement.
The market doesn't reward the best company. It rewards the best-understood one.
Market recognition is lagging operational progress
The business has moved on. Operationally, strategically, competitively, the business has progressed, but the market's understanding has not caught up. The valuation reflects an earlier version of the company.
The narrative has not kept pace
What made sense at IPO, listing, or the last raise no longer reflects what the company has become. Investors are working from an outdated story, and making decisions on that basis.
Strategic announcements are not landing
Material news is being released into a vacuum without the context, positioning, or follow-through that would let the market price it correctly.
Investor engagement is reactive, not strategic
Attention arrives in bursts around financings or announcements, then fades. Without a deliberate strategy between events, institutional interest erodes in the gaps.
Six deliverables. One clear picture.
The Investor Readiness Audit is a structured, senior-led assessment of how your company is currently understood and valued by the investors who matter to it, covering narrative, market positioning, and every channel through which that perception is formed.
Investment Narrative Review
Assessment of your core investment case: clarity, differentiation, and how it lands against comparable peers. Where is it strong? Where is it leaking value?
Digital Presence Audit
LinkedIn, website, and social channels reviewed against best-in-class investor comms standards. Specific, prioritised recommendations, not generic advice.
RNS & Disclosure Review
Review of recent regulatory announcements: structure, narrative coherence, and effectiveness of follow-through communication.
Peer Benchmarking
Your IR programme measured against 3–5 comparable listed companies. Where are you ahead? Where are you losing ground you should not be?
Opportunity Gap Analysis
Specific channels, audiences, and moments where your current programme is underperforming, and what the upside looks like.
Prioritised Action Plan
A clear, sequenced set of recommendations: what to fix first, what to fix next, and what to build for the long term. Implementable with or without Stellium.
Simple process. Honest output.

Capital markets judgement, applied directly.
Andrew Wilson spent 15 years in institutional capital markets, in sell-side advisory, institutional equities and board-level governance, before founding Stellium in 2016.
That capital markets perspective shapes every Audit: an understanding of how fund managers actually evaluate companies, what makes an investment case convincing, and where the gap between perception and reality tends to sit.
Is there any obligation to take on a retainer after the Audit?
None whatsoever. The Audit is a standalone product. You receive the report and can act on it however you choose. If there is a natural fit for ongoing work with Stellium, we will have that conversation, but it is entirely your decision.
Who actually does the work?
Andrew Wilson conducts every Audit personally. Stellium operates as a boutique by design. There are no junior analysts or outsourced reviewers involved in your engagement.
What do you need from us?
A short briefing questionnaire (10 minutes), a 30-minute discovery call, and access to publicly available information about your company. We do not need extensive internal documents. The Audit is designed to assess how your company is being perceived externally.
We are pre-IPO. Is the Audit still relevant?
Yes. Pre-IPO companies often benefit most from the Audit. Understanding where your narrative, digital presence, and investor-facing materials stand before you go public is significantly less costly than fixing them after listing.
What exchanges do you cover?
Our primary markets are AIM (London), TSX/TSXV (Canada), and ASX (Australia). We work across Mining & Resources, Renewables & Energy, Technology, and Oil & Gas.
What happens if we want to work together after the Audit?
Stellium offers three tiers of retained partnership (Partner, Growth Partner and Strategic Partner) with engagements typically ranging from £60,000 to £150,000+ per annum. The £1,500 Audit fee is credited toward the cost of your first engagement if you proceed within 30 days.
Start with clarity. Build from there.
The Audit is designed as a gateway. Most clients who commission one go on to an ongoing engagement, because the findings make the next step obvious.
