Capital markets advisory built on real experience
A specialist capital markets advisory firm founded in London in 2016. Stellium advises listed and pre-IPO companies on market positioning, investor engagement and access to capital.
Stellium Services is a United Kingdom-based capital markets advisory firm working with companies listed, or seeking to list, on TSX, TSX-V, ASX, AIM and the London Stock Exchange.
We were founded on a straightforward observation: most companies are better than the market understands them to be. The gap between operational reality and investor perception is where we work.
Over a decade, we have worked with more than 30 companies across mining, oil and gas, renewables and technology, supporting in excess of £30 million in capital raised and building investor followings on six continents.
Stellium's value is not the breadth of what it offers. It is the depth of the judgement it brings to the specific moments where it matters.
Capital markets judgement, not communications methodology
Most advisory firms in the investor relations space start from a communications background. Stellium starts from capital markets: where companies are assessed quickly on credibility, clarity, funding risk and execution.
That means every engagement begins with the question the market is already asking: what is the investment case, and does management understand how capital allocators will judge it?
We work with companies across the capital markets lifecycle: pre-IPO positioning, listed company advisory, capital raises and strategic communications. We focus on natural resources, renewables and technology, sectors where narrative quality can genuinely move the dial.
We take on a limited number of engagements to ensure genuine attention and accountability. If we cannot add value, we will tell you. And we will likely know someone who can.

Andrew Wilson spent 15 years in institutional capital markets, in sell-side advisory, institutional equities and board-level governance, before founding Stellium in 2016. He is currently Vice Chair of the East Sussex Pension Board (£4.6bn in assets), alongside non-executive director roles at several listed and private companies.
That capital markets background shapes how Stellium reads a company's positioning and what we advise clients to do about it. The approach is grounded in how investors, brokers and boards actually assess value, risk and credibility, not in communications theory.
Capital markets advisory, done well, is a matter of judgement: knowing which investor relationships to prioritise, how to frame an investment case for a specific institutional audience, and when the timing is right. That judgement is built from years spent inside capital markets, where companies are judged quickly on credibility, clarity, funding risk and execution.
The gap between how your company performs and how investors value it is where Stellium works.
Stellium works with a limited number of companies at a time. If you are approaching an important decision and believe an experienced capital markets perspective would be valuable, we welcome a direct conversation.
