About Stellium

Capital markets advisory built on real experience

Founded in London in 2016 by Andrew Wilson — a former CIBC institutional equities director with 15 years on the investor side of capital markets.

Who We Are

IR advisory from the investor side

Stellium Services is a United Kingdom-based capital markets advisory firm working with companies listed, or seeking to list, on TSX, TSX-V, ASX, AIM and the London Stock Exchange.

We were founded on a straightforward observation: most companies are better than the market understands them to be. The gap between operational reality and investor perception is where we work.

Over a decade, we have worked with more than 30 companies across mining, oil and gas, renewables and technology — supporting in excess of £30 million in capital raised and building investor followings on six continents.

Stellium's value is not the breadth of what it offers. It is the depth of the judgement it brings to the specific moments where it matters.

15 years on the investor side

I founded Stellium in 2016 after 15 years working inside capital markets — at CIBC's Institutional Equities Division, at Canadian independent dealer Haywood Securities, and as a specialist salesperson for a leading London stockbroker. Before that, I began my career in investment management with a major Japanese bank, focused on large-cap European equities.

That background matters. Most IR advisors come from communications or PR. I come from the investor side. I know how fund managers evaluate companies, what makes an investment case convincing, and how to build the relationships that lead to capital allocation.

Alongside Stellium, I serve as Vice Chair of the East Sussex Pension Board (£4.6 billion assets). It is worth being direct about why that matters: it means I understand, with current specificity, how institutions on the other side of the capital markets conversation make decisions. That understanding shapes how I advise clients on investor positioning.

Capital markets advisory, done well, is a matter of judgement — knowing which investor relationships to prioritise, how to frame an investment case for a specific institutional audience, and when the timing is right. That judgement is built over years on the investor side. It cannot be assembled from a service menu.

Stellium works with companies across the capital markets lifecycle — pre-IPO positioning, listed company IR, capital raises, and strategic communications. We focus on natural resources, renewables, and technology — sectors where narrative quality can genuinely move the dial.

We take on a limited number of engagements to ensure genuine attention and accountability. If we can't add value, we'll tell you — and we'll likely know someone who can.
